An opportunity has arisen to join the CETA Wholesale function as a Broker Account Manager. This is an exciting time for the Group as it continues to execute against its accelerated growth plans and the successful candidate will be joining the Infinity Team and focusing their efforts on Customer Development.
Purpose
a Broker Account Manager, your focus will also be on relationship development and management alongside the most effective promotion of CETA's products, services and values.
Duties/ Responsibilities
Proactively dial out to existing relationships and new opportunities daily providing updates, scheduling training & pipelining.
Ensure that our clients fully understand and are attracted to our proposed solutions while fostering a positive relationship with their key decision makers.
Provide full training to all advisors with access to our platform via teams sessions.
Maintain all client accounts, answering all questions concerning the company's products and solutions, as well as monitoring account progress and activity.
Provide ongoing client engagement, and understand business forecasting and how we can support the growth of businesses through our platform.
Support the CETA B2B sales strategy to ensure targets are met and exceeded, while also delivering on sales forecasts in line with overall business objectives.
Build and maintain close relations to our B2B customers.
Develop sales strategies, defining objectives and ensure execution.
Deliver sustainable profitable growth for all of the B2B products.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products and industry knowledge.
Constantly monitor performance against revenue targets.
Record all customer information and interactions on CRM system.
Deliver the agreed GWP, New business and Retention targets across the B2B product range whilst managing and developing existing and new Broker relationships in order to maximise future opportunity.
Design and deliver effective relationship management throughout the layers of the broker, across all key departments, in order to maximise existing and future opportunities.
The Successful Candidate
The role will involve developing and supporting insurance brokers therefore the successful candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively. It is also important that the candidate is competent with the main Microsoft products.
Ideally the candidate with have had previous experience in similar Relationship or Account Manager role. It is important that the candidate has excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
