Broker Development Manager - Cyber Insurance | UK
80k-100k + high OTE

Are you a proven Insurance Sales professional with a standout track record of success selling into Brokers and MGAs? We're partnering with a fast-growing, highly respected Cyber Insurance provider seeking an experienced Broker Development Manager to drive broker engagement, distribution growth and revenue across the UK market. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute sales professional who understands broker dynamics, can build trusted relationships, and consistently delivers against challenging targets.
The Role

• Develop and grow strong relationships with insurance brokers and distribution partners
• Drive new business and pipeline growth across Cyber Insurance products
• Manage and expand broker panels, identifying opportunities for increased penetration
• Represent the business credibly with senior broker stakeholders
• Consistently exceed sales and revenue targets through consultative, value-led selling

About You

• 3-5+ years' successful Insurance Sales experience
• Strong experience selling into Insurance Brokers and/or MGAs is essential
• Cyber or MGA Insurance experience is highly desirable, but not mandatory
• Potentially open to a Development Underwriter background with previous Cyber experience
• Clear, demonstrable record of exceptional sales performance
• Confident relationship builder with strong commercial instincts
• Professional, credible, and comfortable operating autonomously
