We are proud to offer the very latest innovative brow treatments and love working in our chic salon in Sutton Coldfield.

We have a truly unique team offering years of experience as beauty therapists, aesthetic technicians and brow artistes. No two days are the same at The Brow Club!

About You

If you are passionate about beauty and love delivering great customer service, we need you!

As a Brow Artist at The Brow Club Birmingham, you will be required to be trained in traditional eyebrow threading techniques, completing brows with razor-sharp precision. As well as threading, you will need to have extensive experience in professional waxing with knowledge regarding the beauty industry and customer service.

We would also love if you were trained in HD Brows, LVL, brow lamination.

If you are not, no need to stress, we offer training in our bespoke treatments, on the job.

The Little Details

The role is on an employed basis (NOT chair rental/self-employed)

Traditional threading training

Part-time to full-time role (Weekend work included)

Minimum one-year experience

Competitive rate of pay (Negotiable depending upon experience)

Covid-19 Considerations

All staff are provided with essential PPE

Hand sanitiser on entry and each workstation

Chairs/equipment must be cleaned before and after each client

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Utilize strong communication skills to understand client needs and preferences effectively. Perform services, ensuring high-quality results that enhance client satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Taking bookings, enquiries , greeting customers & payments.
