What you'll do:
? Prepare and plate delicious brunch dishes
?Create beautifully presented finger sandwiches, and savoury items for Afternoon tea
? Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
? Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service
? Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a cafe, restaurant, hotel, or patisserie kitchen
- Strong pastry and baking skills (afternoon tea experience desirable)
- A passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and beautiful presentation
- Good organisational skills and ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen
- Food hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain)
