Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring high-quality food production, and providing exceptional hospitality to our guests. Duties:
- Plan and execute menus that meet the needs and preferences of our guests
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, portion control, and presentation
- Monitor food production to ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new menu items and specials

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
