Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes as directed by senior kitchen staff.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Participate in inventory management by helping to receive and store deliveries appropriately.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
Contribute to menu planning by providing feedback on dishes and suggesting improvements.
