As a Chef, you will do food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking.
Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Assist in the training of new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service during busy periods
Help create a positive atmosphere within the kitchen, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Experience
Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing food production processes.
A passion for cooking and creating high-quality dishes that delight guests.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to effectively lead the kitchen team.
