Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Prep Chef for our new coffee shop in Manchester city centre. The successful candidate will employ his/her culinary skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customer's satisfaction, and will be required to prep, assemble and deliver a brunch menu for our customers in accordance to our company's standards. We are looking for flexible, enthusiastic individuals who can work within a team, and are willing to offer great customer service in a high volume environment. You will be expected to work weekends a variety of shifts including weekend and early evening shifts. This is for a full time position.

Previous experience is required in brunch preparation, while training will be provided according to our company's standards. Good communication and organisational skills is essential. You should be able to demonstrate reliability and ability to motivate your team and work in collaboration with those on shift.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a kitchen assistant
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour
