We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our brunch kitchen team in West Didsbury.

Job Role
As a brunch Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all daytime kitchen operations, ensuring food safety standards are met, and fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.
Duties
Supervise and manage the kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Develop and design menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends while considering guest preferences.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage food costs effectively.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and hospitality standards.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Assist in the development of special events or our evening menus.
Experience
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and kitchen management practices.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
Previous experience in menu planning and cost control is advantageous.
