We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic chef to join our vibrant team. As a chef, you will be responsible for preparing delicious food ,providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen area.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with guests to provide outstanding service, taking orders and offering recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service while maintaining quality. Upsell drinks and food items to maximise sales opportunities. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation between the bar and dining areas. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

Experience

Previous experience in a bartending or hospitality role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and basic maths skills for handling transactions. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A passion for culinary arts and food preparation is advantageous. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanour, capable of creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
