Join our passionate team at The Artisan Baker, where the mission is to create delicious baked goods, fresh sandwiches, and incredible coffee for our valued customers, all complemented by our carefully crafted brunch menu.

The role:



We are seeking a talented, passionate and experienced Brunch Chef.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing a diverse menu, while ensuring the highest food quality and safety standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

- develop and design seasonal menus that highlight fresh ingredients,
- oversee food preparation and cooking procedures in accordance with health and safety regulations,
- manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness,
- monitor food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction, making adjustments as necessary,
- maintain all kitchen equipment and ensure hygiene standards are consistently met.

Qualifications:

- proven experience as a Chef in a coffee shop, cafe, or restaurant setting,
- strong culinary skills with a passion for creating flavourful and visually appealing dishes,
- knowledge of food safety standards and regulations,
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively,
- flexibility to adapt to changing situations.

Schedule:



- 3 -4 days per week (Monday - Sunday)

- Weekend availability

This position requires a commitment of 3 to 4 set working days per week (including weekend), with the option for additional overtime. The expected working hours are from 7 am to 3pm.

Pay: From 13.00 per hour.
