What you'll do

Provide outstanding customer service by attentively taking orders and delivering food and beverages promptly. Utilize Toast POS systems to process orders efficiently and accurately. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and boost sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including bussing tables and ensuring sanitation standards are met. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation. Assist with guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for billing. Support host/host duties as needed to manage guest flow during peak hours.

Basic qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy brunch periods.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in fine dining establishments is a plus. Excellent communication skills to foster positive guest interactions. Electric energy
