The post holder will participate in meetings and engage with decision-making processes across leadership, education, and organisational change. They will attend BSMS, regional, and national educational events, liaise with BSMS Programme Team and NHS England Workforce, Training and Education Directorate, and complete a PG Cert in Healthcare Leadership and Commissioning.
