Assist the site-based management teams and Lettings Manager with managing enquiries from prospective residents via email, phone, and property portals. Input budget forecasts, supplier invoices, and expenditure tracking into Qube for reporting to finance teams and Build to Rent Director. Maintain and monitor compliance trackers within Qube and FixFlo (e.g., fire safety, gas certs, EICRs). Collaborate with finance and property management teams on reconciliations and audits using Qube reports. Reviewing portfolio performance and proactively identifying areas for improvement, escalating issues where necessary and driving forward resolutions. Assist with the preparation of tenancy agreements and ensure the site-based team facilitate a smooth move-in process, including key handovers and welcome packs. Assisting in the onboarding of new clients and property portfolios, ensuring all operational aspects are carefully transitioned and aligned with Centrick's service delivery standards. Support site-based team with managing resident queries and requests, escalating issues where necessary. Co-ordinate lettings and marketing activities, working with Centrick central services associated to the onboarding of new Build to Rent (BTR) developments during peak marketing/lettings activity periods across the portfolio. Collaborating with the Building & Estate Management team to ensure a level of site oversight, compliance, and building-level reporting is maintained across your sites.

What you need to succeed

Prior experience in residential property management, ideally with exposure to BTR relationships. Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build credibility. Knowledge & experience of residential property management portfolio Be confident managing tenancy lifecycles, understanding key housing legislation, and working to set KPIs. A proactive and well-organised individual with a problem-solving mindset. A basic understanding of building compliance, site inspections, and estate-level reporting is desirable. Comfortable using property management systems and reporting tools (training will be provided). Ability to manage and prioritise workload across a diverse portfolio.
