Charlie's Tea (????) is a celebrated bubble tea brand with over 500 locations across China, recognised for our commitment to premium ingredients and authentic flavors. We source high-quality tea leaves from renowned regions and craft our drinks with real milk to deliver a wholesome, refreshing experience. As we proudly open our first UK store, we're seeking passionate individuals to help introduce London to the art of handcrafted bubble tea.

What We're Looking For

Enthusiasm for bubble tea, hospitality, and creating memorable customer experiences. Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced setting. Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends. Availability to cover operating hours between

9:00 AM - 11:00 PM

(shifts scheduled within this window). Willingness to learn and deliver outstanding service. Eligibility to work in the UK (mandatory). Minimum age: 18+

Bonus:

Familiarity with Chinese language or culture (helpful for understanding select materials). Prior hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential--training provided!

Your Responsibilities

Prepare premium teas, toppings, and tapioca pearls with precision. Operate brewing equipment and handle kitchen tools safely. Deliver friendly, efficient service at order points. Maintain impeccable store cleanliness and hygiene standards. Assist with stock management and inventory organization. Learn basic equipment troubleshooting (full training provided).

What We Offer

starting 13 per hour

(above UK minimum wage).

30-minute break

for shifts over 6 hours.

35-40 hours weekly

with flexible scheduling.

28 days annual leave (pro rata)
