Job Description

Purpose of role:



Highly organised and detail-oriented, to support the delivery of telecoms infrastructure projects. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth coordination of documentation, scheduling, reporting, and communication between field teams, contractors, and internal departments.

Duties and Key Responsibilities (Day to day requirements and Smart Objectives). Please note this list is non exhaustive.



Provide administrative support to the build and project teams throughout the lifecycle of telecoms infrastructure projects. Maintain accurate records of build progress, site documentation, permits, and compliance certificates. Coordinate and track work orders, job packs, and contractor submissions. Liaise with field engineers, planners, and subcontractors to ensure timely updates and documentation flow. Assist in scheduling site access, inspections, and audits. Prepare and submit reports on build status, risks, and milestones. Ensure all documentation meets internal quality standards and client requirements. Support the collation and submission of handover packs and as-built documentation. Maintain databases and project tracking systems with up-to-date information. Assist with procurement requests, invoicing queries, and timesheet processing as required.

Skills & Knowledge criteria:



Essential



Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within telecoms, construction, or utilities. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project tracking tools. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Desirable



Familiarity with telecoms build processes (e.g., mobile site deployment). Experience using project management or workflow systems (e.g., Salesforce, Primavera, MS Project). Understanding of health & safety and compliance documentation.

Location:

In the office minimum 3 days per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 26,000.00 per year
