We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in constructing and assembling various structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This position requires a strong understanding of building techniques and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople.
Responsibilities
Cable to build extensions, loft conversions, renovations.
Manage a team of 10+ workers
Organise materials for each site, knowledge of materials required for each trade.
Organise the team, letting them know what they need to do each day/throughout the project.
Attention to detail.

Reliable.
Skills
Strong knowledge of extensions, loft conversions and renovations
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
