Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team, responsible for constructing, assembling, and maintaining various structures and components. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of building techniques and materials, demonstrating proficiency in both manual and power tools. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties

Stud work, plasterboarding, plastering, tiling, plumbing, wiring etc. Perform painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of structures. Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in all aspects of construction work. Conduct joinery tasks, ensuring precision in fitting and finishing woodwork. Install roofing systems, ensuring proper sealing and insulation for durability. Execute plumbing installations as required, adhering to safety standards and regulations. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians, to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored correctly.

Skills

Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to construction tasks. Strong carpentry skills with experience in joinery techniques. Ability to plumb fixtures accurately and efficiently. Experience in roofing installation and maintenance. Knowledge of electrical systems is advantageous but not essential. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all work performed. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

Pay: 110.00-140.00 per day
