Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction. As a Builder, you will be responsible for various aspects of insulation improvement projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Prepare and adapt building structures to facilitate retrofit installation. Install insulation and support ventilation upgrades. Perform roofing tasks, ensuring proper installation and weatherproofing. Ensure all work complies with industry's latest standards and health & safety regulations. Safely handle materials and tools required for each insulation or construction task. Ensure all work is plumb and level according to project specifications. Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain detailed records of materials used and work completed for compliance and auditing.

Experience

Proven experience in a building or construction role is essential. Good attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. Skilled in building work related to insulation measures: loft, surface prep, rendering, etc. Knowledge of insulation installation, roofing techniques, masonry skills, joinery is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical drawings and plans accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
