MultiTrader/ Builder
The role / responsibilities:
Tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Extensions/ Loft Conversions/ Steel work
- You will be required to have a range of general multi trader skills and can turn your hand at anything on residential projects e.g. carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing, painting and decorating, but not limited to only this.
You need to have an adaptable approach and be able to work as part of a team but equally be competent to take on a task and see it through to completion when working alone.
Skills:
The ability to work in an organised and tidy manner.
The ability to maintain a safe working environment.
The ability to work on your own initiative or as part of the team.
A UK Driving licence would be preferred.
A hands-on approach in all situations is necessary.
Working hours are Monday to Fridays 8am to 4pm
Day rate : up to 180.00 / day
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 180.00 per day
