Overview

We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of construction skills and be able to work effectively on various building projects. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Duties

Carry out general construction duties relevant to the project including, but not limited to, masonry, steel installation, groundworks & drainage, framing carpentry, roofing works, plastering. Can read and interpret plans Communicate efficiently with other trades & management. Communicate efficiently with customers. Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Skills

Strong experience with hand tools such as saws, hammers, and drills. Ability to work on roofing projects with knowledge of various roofing materials. Knowledge of plumbing systems including installation, maintenance, and repair. Experience in masonry work including bricklaying and stone setting. Proficient use of power tools for efficient construction processes. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Reliable, efficient and time keeping skills are imperative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
