branch is looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative/Trade Counter Salesperson.

The ideal candidate will be approachable and friendly, someone who will meet the needs of our customers and provide service with a smile.

Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:

Dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone. Handling e-commerce web shop deliveries. Providing occasional cover for driver absence. This involves driving a Mercedes Sprinter. Ensuring that the warehouse is kept clean and tidy Booking in stock and organising customer deliveries and stock transfers between branches. Stock management. Organising other staff to ensure deliveries are done in an efficient manner.

Qualifications and Skills

You will be working within a close-knit team and will be dealing with our customers on a daily basis. You will, therefore, need to be the person that our customers will look forward to seeing knowing that they will always receive excellent customer service. You should also be enthusiastic, hardworking and have a positive attitude alongside:

Confident when dealing with customers. The ability to build great customer relationships. A good telephone manner, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills Computer literate, as the job involves using computers on a daily basis.

EWE Building Plastics is an independent builders' merchant with 4 branches in North Wales and the North West

Must be available to work on alternate Saturday mornings once trained (8 a.m.- midday). Normal working hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturday mornings are paid as

overtime

Bonus scheme

would give potential for increased earning on top of the basic salary offered.

Pay: 28,571.40 per year
