Responsibilities
Oversee daily building operations, PPM, and reactive repairs
Manage lifts, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
Ensure grounds and car parks are clean, safe, and well-maintained
Lead on-site security operations, CCTV, access control, and incident response
Manage fire drills, safety compliance, risk assessments, and audit documentation
Coordinate vendors and contractors; monitor service levels and performance
Communicate building updates and support internal stakeholders
Requirements
Experience in facilities management, building operations, or security management
Strong understanding of H&S regulations, building compliance, and security systems
Confident leader with excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, contractors, and issues under pressure
Proficient with FM software, access control platforms, and Microsoft Office
Desirable
IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
Experience in commercial/corporate buildings
Fire marshal or first aid training
