We're now looking for a proactive and organised Building & Compliance Manager to join our national team. This role is ideal for someone with strong PPM and compliance experience who can take ownership, lead by example, and ensure our clients' sites remain fully compliant and operational.

The Role



As Building & Compliance Manager, you'll oversee planned and reactive maintenance operations across a national portfolio, ensuring statutory and contractual compliance at all times. You'll manage contractors, support internal teams, and deliver clear, accurate compliance reporting to clients and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities



Manage all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities across client sites .Oversee reactive and static maintenance works, ensuring timely and safe resolution. Maintain full statutory compliance (Fire Safety, L8 Water Hygiene, Electrical, Gas, HVAC, F-Gas, etc.).Lead compliance reporting, audits, and documentation to ensure all sites are audit-ready. Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to meet all SLA and KPI targets. Provide regular performance and compliance updates to clients and leadership. Identify and deliver process improvements to enhance compliance efficiency. Ensure accurate use of CAFM systems for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.

What We're Looking For



Experience in Facilities Management or Building Services with a strong compliance background. Solid understanding of statutory and regulatory standards (e.g. SFG20, F-Gas, L8, H&S).Experience managing PPM and reactive maintenance nationally or regionally. Strong organisational, reporting, and communication skills. Confident using CAFM/digital systems for compliance and maintenance tracking. Ability to build strong client and supplier relationships. Full UK driving license preferred (for occasional site visits).
