Building & Construction Project Manager - \xc2\xa340 per hour Inside IR35 - 12 Months (extensions highly likely) - Chester - standard 35 hours across 4.5 days (working between 7-7) - On-site - One stage virtual interview - Sector: Aerospace and Defence

Yolk Recruitment are searching for a Fuel System Design Engineer to work with a renowned Aerospace company that is at the forefront of space exploration and travel.

This is an exciting role that gives you the opportunity to work on cutting edge aerospace projects not seen anywhere else in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and leading CAPEX projects from inception and feasibility, through to design and specification and final handover.

Responsibilities

• Manage CAPEX business cases from preparation through approval to delivery and project close.
• Develop detailed design briefs for Building Services design
• Skilled and competent in IT tools, able to produce and present documentation, reports, technical analysis, cost reports.
• Experience in SharePoint / MS Project / G suite highly preferred.
• Application of industry-standard design and software
• Preparation of reports, drawings and specifications.
• Monitoring of installation works on site and observance of technical compliance and H&S matters.

• Ability to lead a Multi-Functional Project Team (MFT); including external professional staff, i.e. contract managers, client CDM, QS etc.
• Experience within FM as in a senior PM role
• Experience in Capital Investment Project management, and project delivery
• Experience of Building Engineering Services Refurbishment
• Ability to develop client briefs into construction requirements, including scopes for External Professionals, i.e. architect, structural engineer, systems designers
• A good practical understanding of mechanical and electrical plant, systems and equipment
• Consultancy experience
• CIBSE, IMechE, IET

• ONC / HNC or equivalent in a Building Engineering Services design-related discipline
