A forward-thinking, devoted Construction Consultancy located in Bournemouth are looking a dynamic and enthusiastic Construction Project Manager to become a part of their team.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for supervising a broad range of intricate projects across multiple sectors such as mixed-use developments, scientific facilities, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, heritage preservation, and hotels.

The accomplished Construction Project Manager will perform daily tasks that encompass project planning, budget oversight, procurement, site inspections, safety compliance, coordination with stakeholders, resolution of issues, and meticulous project tracking. These responsibilities are integral to ensuring the successful and punctual completion of projects.

The Construction Project Manager

• MRICS, CIOB or APM qualified, alternatively actively working towards
• Project management or Building Surveying degree, or similar
• Construction consultancy experience is essential
• Valid UK driving Licence
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
