We're now looking for a talented and experienced Building Inspector to help shape our service, guide our team, and support our continued growth.

Your Role at BCAlliance

As a Building Inspector Class 3 & 4, you will play a key leadership role in our young and ambitious organisation. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading inspections across a wide range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects

Ensuring full compliance with building regulations and safety standards

Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior surveyors as our team expands

Leading on enforcement actions and compliance investigations

Responding to dangerous structures to safeguard the public

Building strong relationships with clients, developers, architects, and contractors

Driving innovation within the service and helping shape our growing processes

Playing a significant role in the strategic direction of our Building Control function

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who shares our passion for quality, progress, and building something great. You'll need to be:

An experienced Building Control professional (minimum 5 years)

Registered at Class 2D with the Building Safety Regulator

A chartered member of CABE, CIOB, or a similar professional body

Confident in technical decision-making with strong knowledge of relevant legislation

Proactive, flexible, and motivated to support a fast-growing company

A natural team player who enjoys mentoring and leading

Committed to excellence and keen to help shape a new, forward-thinking service

Full UK Driving Licence
