Our Role
We are looking for a registered Building Inspector to assist in covering the East London (Romford, Hornchurch, Dagenham area). We are keen to speak to customer focused Building Inspectors with plan checking and site inspection experience in residential and commercial projects.
You will need
BSR registration of class 2A as a minimum, for plan checking and site inspection
Conversant with relevant legislation, technical guidance and the Construction Industry Council Code of Conduct
Previous in-house or external building control experience
Demonstrable building control case management (portfolio of work)
Ability to manage a caseload of regional building control works at different stages of build
Current valid driving licence
You will receive
Up to 65,000 (depending on experience)
