As a Building Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role on site, taking part in planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and addressing reactive maintenance repairs for a diverse array of mechanical/electrical equipment, assets, and plant room checks.

Position: Electrical or Mechanical bias Maintenance Engineer
Location: Static site in London
Responsibilities: PPM and reactive repairs for a wide range of electrical/mechanical equipment, plant and assets.
Fabric works and general handy man duties.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled maintenance tasks as per the maintenance plan.
Conduct repairs and ensure the proper functioning of allmechanical plant and equipment.
carrying out building safe and legal routines inspection PPM's such as fire safety including alarm, emergency lighting checks & sprinkler systems, EML checks.
Accurately update and maintain maintenance logs.
General Handy Man duties required during down time.
Report any issues and provide relevant updates promptly.
Qualifications and Experience:
City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent - Essential.* Essential: 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance - Essential.*
