We are excited to welcome motivated and skilled individuals to join our Building Maintenance Team at Pembrokeshire County Council. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and hands-on experience in the construction and maintenance sectors.



Our Building Maintenance department is a large, dynamic service provider within the Housing and Social Care Directorate, managing a wide range of maintenance, servicing, refurbishment, and upgrade projects across a diverse portfolio, including council housing, schools, public buildings, and historical assets.



We are currently seeking to appoint Building Maintenance Officers on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you'll receive comprehensive support, empowering you to manage your responsibilities effectively. We are also deeply committed to fostering your development and providing opportunities for career progression within our team.

The successful individual will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team under the leadership of the Building Maintenance Operations Manager and the Building Maintenance Programme Manager`s to deliver and manage a diverse and wide range of exiting construction, refurbishments, maintenance and servicing contacts.
