Building Manager - Flagship BTR | Major Real Estate Developer Location: Central London Salary: 50,000 basic plus package Benefits: 12.5% pension, private healthcare, 50% off gym memberships.

Madison Berkeley have partnered with one of London's most prestigious property development, investment and management companies looking to hire a Residential Building Manager.


The business is fully integrated across development, investment, leasing and management, with a growing focus on Build-to-Rent.


The individual will to oversee the day-to-day running of a flagship 174 apartment, Build-to-Rent development in Central London.


This isn't your standard residential management role. You'll be the face of the building, leading front-of-house teams, managing contractors, and ensuring residents receive a best-in-class living experience.

Lead and motivate on-site concierge and cleaning teams Deliver an exceptional customer experience to residents and guests Oversee building operations, compliance, health & safety, and ESG initiatives Ensure the development is always presented to the highest standard Collaborate with wider estate and asset management teams

About you:

You'll bring experience managing luxury residential or large-scale BTR assets, with strong operational and people-management skills. IRPM or ARLA qualifications are advantageous but not essential, and a solid understanding of Health & Safety and statutory compliance is essential.
