Residential Building Manager -

Luxury Residential Estate | Central London

Up to 62000 plus package



If you are a hospitality driven Building Manager who thrives in a high end, resident focused environment, this is one of the standout opportunities in the market right now.



I am partnering with a leading real estate investor and developer to appoint a Residential Building Manager across two premium luxury residential buildings within their flagship estate. These are best in class assets with exceptional design, amenities and resident expectations.



You will oversee two flagship buildings
A luxury build to sell development with commercial elements A newer open plan New York style building with a contemporary design and a growing resident community
Both sit within one of the most impressive new districts in London. The quality of these assets is the key selling point. They set the standard for modern waterside living in Central London.

The role

You will be the visible lead on site, ensuring service excellence across front of house, maintenance and resident experience. The role is operational, people focused and best suited to someone who has come from hospitality or has a natural service mindset.

What you will be doing
Daily oversight of presentation, maintenance and resident services Working closely with front of house and technical teams Managing a busy operational environment with strong service expectations Taking ownership of admin processes with plans to hire an Assistant Building Manager Five days a week on site across both buildings Light touch involvement with commercial occupiers such as a restaurant and nursery

What we are looking for

Hospitality background or naturally service led Strong organisational and communication skills Confident working with technical teams Agile and solutions focused mindset NEBOSH not essential but some fire safety exposure helps
