Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Building Manager
to oversee a wide range ofresidential and commercial renovation projects
. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires exceptional organizational and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple renovation sites simultaneously across both residential and commercial sectors Supervise and coordinate project teams, contractors, and subcontractors Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Report on progress and proactively resolve any issues that arise on site No CSCS card needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing residential and commercial renovation projects Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction best practices Trade background or relevant qualifications in construction or project management (preferred)
