Job Description

Excel Transport Ltd is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated self employed Van Driver to transport large building materials to clients. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience driving vehicles with a capacity of at least 3.5 tonnes and will have the ability to transport all types of goods. He or she should be familiar with various forms of navigation, driver safety, and knowing how to best handle any emergencies during transport.

Responsibilities:

Checking load, securing load, and ensuring proof of delivery (POD) Keeping to ETA's Maintaining vehicle Must be punctual, reliable, honest, mature and have a smart appearance Be able to lift heavy items and furniture Deal with traffic congestion Be aware of weather conditions
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 120.00 per day
