Building Operations Assistant

Job Description

As a member of the Library Building Operations Team, you will be a key player in delivering an enhanced customer experience to all the users visiting the Main Library. Building Operations Assistants provide an essential Building Operations role ensuring the smooth and effective running of the Library Estates from 7am until 2.30am, seven days a week. This is a proactive role in key areas such as security, fire safety, building maintenance and responding to customer enquiries. As a first point of contact, Building Operations team members respond to general enquiries/provide first aid and ensure the building is safe and secure at all times.




The hours for this post will be worked over a Saturday and Sunday.
