Livingcity CCIM Limited is a niche compliance, consultancy and investment management company, regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. CCIM specialises in helping Accountable Persons and Responsible Persons navigate the Fire Safety Act 2021, and Building Safety Act 2022, providing a range of compliance solutions relating to the maintenance of golden thread, building safety case production, amongst others.
In addition, CCIM are founded in the provision of investment and asset management solutions, providing stewardship, acquisition strategy and finance structuring to a range of stakeholders, including institutional investors, wealth managers, developers and offshore trusts. At present, CCIM provides asset management assistance to a portfolio consisting of c. 1.4b in assets across the residential sector.
About the Role
To be responsible for providing full support to the Livingcity CCIM team. This will include administrative support and health & safety compliance, in addition to consultancy duties, including liaison/communication duties with clients, leaseholders and external stakeholders. To deliver a first class and professional service in a cost-effective and timely manner.
Essential Job Functions
Assist the team to deliver professional property consultancy and fund management duties to a variety of clients and stakeholders
Liaison with key stakeholders to obtain essential information and highlight areas of improvement
Assist the team to monitor, audit and assess the performance of third-party operators under their contractual obligations to our clients
Deal with tenant queries on the phone and by email / letter
Monitor and abide by strict deadlines relating to Consultancy and Fund Management procedures.
When required attend remote sites to carry out periodic inspection documentation
Assist the team to monitor, audit and assess the performance of third-party operators under their contractual obligations to our clients
Ensure all defects are picked up and dealt with on Fire Risk Assessments and Building Inspection Reports as reported by external stakeholders
Assist the team to ensure that all client reports are completed and sent out on time
Assist with maintenance of departmental filing and record keeping
Key Requirements
Confident communicating via the telephone and email
Ownership of issues and desire to push through to successful completion using all the resources available
Interest in acquiring further relevant professional accreditation(s)
Excellent customer service, communication, and commercial skills
Be skilled in MS Office and otherwise IT literate
Be able to demonstrate an open, friendly, pro-active and approachable attitude
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
