This is an exciting opportunity to join our Building Safety team. We operate a flexible hybrid working policy, where employees work 3 days in the office/site and 2 days at home.

The role of Building Safety Manager is to support the business to implement its legislative and best practice requirements in relation to health, fire and structural safety. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for continual improvement in all aspects of building safety and compliance and other health and safety related elements contributing to a positive safety culture across Native Communities.

In depth knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety Act 2021, Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, and associated regulations. Knowledge of Building Safety Cases and Safety Case Reports for high-rise residential buildings. Experience managing H&S within residential buildings, especially fire safety matters relating to external walls, compartmentation and fire doors. NEBOSH or similar/equivalent H&S qualification, required. MBIFM, MRICS or equivalent desirable. Level 6 Certificate in Fire Safety for Construction / Building Safety Management, desirable Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to engage with stakeholders Possess exceptional IT skills including MS Word, Excel & Outlook (training will be provided for our internal database system) Be an efficient and organised individual with excellent communication skills and has a sensitive, professional and well-mannered nature. Be able to work exceptionally well within a team dynamic and contributes to an established open culture. Have the ability to follow company policies and procedures
