Job description

Excellent opportunity exists for local graduate or collage leaver with a desire for a career in the building services industry. This opportunity will be ideal for a keen learner who is capable of progressing their building services and BIM knowledge and develop their role to become a key future member of the team.

Skills:

Minimum AS/A2 Levels or equivalent preferably relating to engineering, science or maths.

Drive and determination.

Focused on attention to detail and able to identify problems and resolve.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit preferred but not essential.

Ability to produce work to an agreed timescale.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce detailed and dimensioned "end-sheet" drawings using the Revit engineering model.

Produce drawings and schematics based on instruction using Revit and AutoCAD software.

Attend site to assess and survey.

Commitment to work to the companies BIM strategy and company standards.

Ability to work efficiently as part of a team of professionals committed to meeting deadlines.
