Building Services Electrician
Job Description
Selmec (Lincoln) Ltd is a Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Contractor based in Lincoln, we operate across the UK for a variety of clients in the Commercial, Education, Health Care sectors etc.
Increased workload within the Yorkshire area has opened up a position for a full-time Maintenance Electrician to join our successful team. The successful candidate will have good communication, numeracy and organisational skills, the ability to work alone and at times as part of a team and having plenty of your own initiative is a must.
The role would involve electrical/building services maintenance (M&E) across various historic sites (emergency light testing, extract fan servicing, electrical repairs, small works installations etc.)
Ideally qualified to NVQ Level 3 electrical installations or equivalent with good building services knowledge being advantageous.
JIB rates of pay.
