Building Services Mechanical Supervisor

RDM Electrical and Mechanical Services was originally set up as RDM Electrical Services Limited in 1988. It is now part of the wider Raven Delta Group - an innovative, high quality, multi-faceted group of companies which also includes EFT Consult and DRS FM Services - providing full building and mechanical services solutions from design through to maintenance.

Our work spans a wide and diverse range of projects, from Grade I listed refurbishments of landmark buildings to multi-million-pound design and builds and work in specialist environments in the defence industry.

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Building Services Mechanical Supervisor to join our team and help deliver high-standard mechanical works across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate mechanical works on-site. Manage site operatives and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company procedures and H&S regulations. Oversee installation of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems across commercial and residential projects. Liaise with project managers. Conduct site inspections, quality checks. Assist in the planning and procurement of materials and equipment. Ensure all work is carried out to industry and company standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in the building services or construction industry. Strong understanding of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and pipework installations. SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (preferred). Valid CSCS card. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Full UK driving licence
