Building Services Engineer Supervisor
to join our team at
Old Oak Common
, delivering temporary mechanical site services with precision, safety, and innovation.
What you'll be doing
As a key member of the site team, you'll:
Oversee the planning and execution of mechanical temporary services.
Ensure packages are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records and documentation including CE's, EWN, WPPs, and As-Built Drawings.
Coordinate labour, plant, access, and materials for seamless delivery.
Lead technical input for scopes of work and inspection/test plans.
Monitor supply chain performance and escalate issues to meet programme targets.
Support project reporting via BIM 360 Field and contribute to cost and time estimates.
Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all phases--including decommissioning.

We're seeking someone with:

qualified mechanical background
and
strong organisational skills

Proven
project management
and
people leadership
experience.
Commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets and resources.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
Flexibility to work nights/weekends and a strong work ethic.
SMSTS, CSCS card, and a full UK driving licence.
