What You'll Be Doing:




Applying your expertise in building pathology, design, and contract administration to deliver high-quality surveying services. Leading projects with confidence, producing detailed plans, sections, and construction drawings using cutting-edge technology. Working independently and collaboratively to provide innovative, cost-effective solutions tailored to client needs.

What We're looking For:




A degree in Building Surveying from an RICS-accredited course, with substantial post-graduate experience. Chartered Member of RICS or actively working towards full membership via the APC pathway. Proven experience in preparing and managing planning, building regulation, and listed building consent applications. Skilled in producing schedules of work and specifications using NBS software and other industry-standard tools. A collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and CDM advisors. Willingness to travel for site visits, inspections, and client meetings as required. Competent in project design and health & safety risk assessments in line with current CDM regulations. Commitment to ongoing professional development through a structured CPD programme. Experience in conducting building surveys and preparing detailed reports and Schedules of Condition. A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to various project locations.
