Job Description

INTEGA is a specialist building consultancy which offers its clients expert technical construction and property advice. We undertake work for some of the world's largest companies across the UK and occasionally in Europe.

We have a requirement for a Graduate Building Surveyor, and whilst we have preference for a candidate with 12 months qualifying experience under the RICS APC Scheme we will consider newly graduated surveyors. (Candidates are required to have an RICS approved degree in Building Surveying)

What you'll be working on

Acquistion TDD Surveys. Design and contract administration including the preparation of drawings and specification for refurbishment and repair works. Building pathology and due diligence services. Preparation and negotiation of schedules of dilapidations. Building condition surveys and preparation of planned maintenance reports. Measured surveys and CAD. Party wall duties. Assisting on project management and employer's agent commissions

What we need from you

Our emphasis is on relevant experience and finding the right person to fit into our company, however one or more of the following would be an advantage:

Building Surveying degree (this needs to be accredited by RICS. Please do not apply if you studies Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.) A full driving licence. To be driven and self-motivated - We'll provide all the training and support you need but encourage flexibility so that people can work in a way that is most productive to them. To ask questions - being inquisitive is good; it's how you learn. Someone who wants to get involved - we take part in a host of self-organised and industry events and we'd like to take you with us!
