About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor & RICS Registered Valuer to join our team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse range of residential, commercial and public sector projects in West Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake Level 2 Home Surveys & Level 3 Building Survey reports, defect diagnosis, and condition reports Manage refurbishment and repair projects from inception to completion Conduct pre-acquisition and due diligence surveys Prepare specifications and schedules of work Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:

MRICS qualification (essential) RICS Registered Valuer (ideally) Proven experience in a similar building surveying role Excellent knowledge of building pathology and construction techniques Strong report writing and communication skills Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence
