The Role
Deliver a range of professional and project-focused building surveying services
Carry out surveys, defect analysis, technical due diligence, and maintenance reports
Manage refurbishment and fit-out schemes from inception to completion
Prepare specifications, tender documentation, and administer contracts
Build and maintain client relationships through consistent, high-quality service
Support and mentor junior surveyors where appropriate
Requirements
Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS)
Consultancy or client-side experience preferred
Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Motivated, professional, and client-focused
