Full-time and Permanent
The post holder will be responsible for managing the day-to-day maintenance of over 11,200 properties in our housing stock, where you will act as a Building Surveyor providing a professional inspection service that contributes to the Council's repair and renewal programme for both vacant and occupied properties. You'll ensure that properties are restored in accordance with Wrexham's prescribed housing standards in a timely and efficient manner, and to the satisfaction of our customers.
