We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team and help us expand our presence in the healthcare sector.

Job Overview:


We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Business Development Representative with a strong background in sales and healthcare. The ideal candidate will be skilled in generating referrals, identifying new business opportunities, and utilizing a variety of channels to grow Providence First Ltd's footprint in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Business Development:

Identify and target new clients, including healthcare providers, institutions, and key decision-makers in the healthcare sector. Utilize multiple channels for lead generation, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and referral networks.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue and business development targets. Engage with leads, qualify prospects, present tailored solutions, and close sales. Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to final contract negotiation and closure.

Referral Management:

Build and nurture relationships with referral sources to continuously generate new business. Track and manage referrals to ensure timely follow-ups and the seamless delivery of services to clients.

Market Research & Networking:

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new opportunities within the healthcare industry. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build relationships and stay informed on market developments.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to maximize business development efforts. Provide regular updates and reports on lead status, sales activities, and performance metrics to leadership.

Qualifications:



3+ years of proven sales experience, with a strong track record in sales and business development.

Social Care industry experience

is required, with a strong understanding of healthcare systems, providers, and referral networks. Strong knowledge of the social healthcare landscape and the ability to navigate industry-specific challenges. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing leads and tracking sales activities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Highly self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
