Duties
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion.
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Lead the sales team in identifying new opportunities and closing deals using Salesforce and CRM software tools.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform development strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
Prepare detailed reports on development progress, sales performance, and client engagement metrics.
Organise training sessions for staff on the utilisation of Salesforce and CRM systems to enhance productivity.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
Requirements
Proven experience in development management or a similar leadership role within a commercial environment.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software platforms.
Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyse data effectively and make strategic decisions based on insights gained.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
