The Role:



The Bursary Advisor is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient disbursement of various College bursary funds.



This role involves delivering high-quality administrative support while promoting equality of opportunity. The officer will serve as the primary point of contact for all bursary services offered at Oldham College, interacting with students and staff in person, by phone, or through email.



The role requires a commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining best practices in all interactions.


Requirements:


Experience of administrative financial work in a busy office environment. Experience of absorbing and summarising complex information and advising others on this. Experience of working under pressure and multi-tasking in a busy environment. Experience of working in a customer-centered environment and interacting with a wider range of people face to face, over the phone and via email. GCSE Maths and English Grade 4 or equivalent.
