The Roles and Responsibilities of the Apprentice Business Administrator will include but not be limited to:-
General Administration duties including incoming and outgoing mail duties
Answering and diverting telephone calls
Taking accurate telephone messages and passing to relevant parties
Formatting reports
Advising operations of impending training requirements for all employees
Arranging courses and accommodation for the employees
Providing Training School delegates joining packs and training packs for each course
Printing and issuing certificates for trainee's from the training school
